We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions and any part of this website. We can do this at any time, without giving a reason or without the consent of third parties.
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notice.
The services or goods which we offer may be limited.
All orders will be made and the goods delivered, only after payment has been made in full. Goods supplied are not for resale. They may be subject to return, exchange or refund only under the conditions given in the hereby Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse sales of the goods/service to anyone, in any way without any obligation to state a reason for such actions should we consider it inappropriate, harmful to us, or illegal.
All information on this website is provided for general purposes.
If anyone expects or needs more information, they should refer to another, professional, and reliable source. All information on this website should not be used as a basis for making any decision by the recipient of the consumer.
Anyone does so at his own risk. We will not be held responsible for any information provided on this website, in case it is deemed to be outdated, incomplete, or unprofessional. Anyone who in any way engages or relies on the content of this website does so at his own risk.
We are not responsible for the plants and flowers we sell in case of any matters related there. Customers buy flowers, plants, and other products at their own risk.
We will try our best, but we can not guarantee that our services, products, or information will meet your expectations.
All photos, texts, slogans, designs are our copyrighted property or property of the people/companies / cooperating entities, etc. who have granted to us the right to use them and them which are protected as such. All rights reserved. All names, logos, slogans, or other phrases which are a trademark of ours or of a third person/companies/cooperating entity, etc. are protected. Any unauthorized use of such a trademark is unlawful.
FLOWERS
Each bouquet/flower arrangement is unique, made to order with seasonal fresh flowers - every single bouquet/flower arrangement will be different from any other one. Customers must accept the fact, that every time a bouquet is made, different flowers and leafage are used. You hereby agree to our use of any flowers and foliage of our choice in order for us to be able to create a bouquet/flower arrangement.

We are not responsible for the flowers we sell in case of any complaints or in any other way. Everyone buys flowers or other products at their own risk.
PLANTS
Every plant is different - they may vary in shape, parameters, or hue and you hereby accept this.
The images on this website shown for illustration purposes only and shall be treated as exemplary plants which may vary from the arrangements made to order. You hereby accept the purchase of plants is different in shape or shade from that in the picture on our website.
We are not responsible for the plants we sell in case of any complaints or in any other way. Everyone buys plants and other products at their own risk.
WORKSHOPS
Each workshop is created and organized by us or subject to a special request.
The workshop will be organized on the designated day.
We reserve the right to cancel or change the workshop date, due to the lack of a minimum number of participants or pursuant to any change of circumstances.
We do not take responsibility for the people who participate in the workshop and their goods. They take a part in a workshop at their own risk and they are responsible for their own goods.
We do not take responsibility for the place where the workshop is organized and for all goods owned by its participants. Each of the workshop venues is lent/loaned for the realization of this service.
DELIVERY
Orders will need to be placed by 6 pm for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday. If the order is placed on Saturday, delivery will be made on Monday (only orders made in advance will be delivered on the following future date). Closed on Sunday.
Bouquets and plants are delivered throughout: Northwich £6 ( CW8 + CW9 ) + Barnton | Wincham | Lostock Gralam | Lostock Green | Rudheath | Davenham | Hartford, Winsford £6 ( CW7 ), Middlewich £6 ( CW10 ). Orders placed before 6 pm are available for next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday.
All deliveries will be made between 9 am and 6 pm. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery time, but we will try and get to you as early as we can.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the address of the recipient is inaccurate, outdated or if it goes beyond our capabilities.
If necessary, during busy days or periods, delivery hours may be extended. Therefore, please note the delivery time may change and orders may be limited (for example on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas time - we encourage you to order in advance at those times).
Please ensure all customer and recipient details are correct. Any incorrect details may result in a delay or a problem with your delivery. We will bear no liabilities for such cases and customers will not be entitled to pursue any claims in this respect.
If the recipient is absent, the order will be left in a suitable place or with a neighbor. We shall not be liable thereafter for the safe receipt of the goods.
If the recipient does not receive the goods, unfortunately in such a case we will not be able to make a refund or exchange at a later date.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes onto customers at the time of delivery to them if they fail to receive the delivery at the specified time, that is the time when an attempt of delivery was made.
ONLINE SHOP (and all matters related to its handling and operation)
The online store / the online e-commerce platform on this website are hosted on WIX, which allows us to sell our products and services to you.
REFUND / CANCELLATION
Due to the perishable nature of all flowers, foliage, and plants deliveries refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Flowers
Purchases of fresh flowers, bouquets, flower arrangements are subject to refund or exchange if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt.
You have 24 hours to submit your complaint, if the flowers are not the ones that you ordered, or if they are damaged or defective. For this purpose, please send a message to an email with pictures of flowers, explain the reasons for the complaint, and present proof of purchase.
If a refund is agreed we will inform you about it via email and issue a refund within 7-14 business days of your receiving the purchase.
In case of replacement, the flowers will be delivered to you the next day after the acceptance by us of the complaint.
After 24 hours post our delivery to you unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back, we do not accept returns of fresh flowers.
Plants
Purchases of plants and pots or dishes are subject to return, refund, or exchange if we are notified within 14 days of receipt.
You have 14 days to file a complaint, if the plants and pots or dishes are not what you ordered, or if they are damaged or defective. All items must be returned in intact condition. For this purpose, please send us a message to an email address with pictures of plants and pots or dishes, explain the reasons for the complaint, present proof of purchase, and in case of an exchange, please specify the shipping address.
If a refund is agreed we will inform you about it via email and issue a refund within 7-14 business days of your receiving the purchase.
After 14 days after delivery unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of replacement, the plants or pots and dishes will be delivered shortly after the acceptance of the complaint - the return or exchange time will depend on the availability of plants or pots and dishes. In case of their absence, we suggest exchanging for another plant or pot or dish or refund of costs.
The consumer will bear the costs for the return of plants and pots. We regret that we cannot refund a return of these costs.
Workshops
All persons who have purchased the workshop service have the option to cancel it up to 14 days before the workshop-designed date.
For this purpose, please send a message to our email address with information about cancellation.
If your cancellation is agreed we will inform you about it via email and issue a refund within 7-14 business days of receiving your cancellation.
If the cancellation is made later than 14 days before the planned date of the workshop, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Wedding flowers
Cancellation of wedding flower order or any part of wedding flowers order must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. If you cancel your wedding flowers order with us or any part of your wedding flowers order, regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation, the booking fee paid will be retained and you will have to pay the admin cancellation fee of £150 every time when you cancel part of the order. If you cancel your wedding after you canceled a part of your wedding flower order with us before, the booking fee retained, and a part of the final amount payable or not refundable as below:
The timescales and refund amounts/ or non-refundable amounts:
Canceled wedding order or any part of wedding order any time before the wedding date: the booking fee retained and the admin cancellation fee of £150 required.
8-12 months before the event date: the booking fee retained, and 25% of the final amount payable
/ or not refundable if the wedding order is paid in full.
7-3 months before the event date: the booking fee retained, and 50% of the final amount payable
/ or not refundable if the wedding order is paid in full.
4 weeks – 3 months before the event date: the booking fee retained, and 75% of the final amount payable
/ or not refundable if the wedding order is paid in full.
4 weeks up to event date: the booking fee retained, and the full amount payable
/ or not refundable if the wedding order is paid in full.
OTHERS
All Terms and Conditions relating to our other services such as wedding flowers, event flowers, or corporate flowers are presented on special request or set individually by both parties when booking or commencing a subscription/contract.
